Better yet. Take a break. It’s difficult to establish a support system but try to have at least one or two persons who will stand by you in hard times. I know what it is to make believe I’m strong when I’m not. That’s how I wound up in the hospital for two weeks last year. True Misery. Now I know better. As Kenny Rodgers sang, “Know When to Hold and Know When to Fold.” There is no shame in stepping back from a situation or just quitting. Life can and will break you if you let it. Don’t try to be something that you are not. Super Man and Wonder Woman only exist in the comics.
