What's the quick breakdown on shipping?

Shipping Information for US and International purchases:

Shipping methods vary, but we usually send it the best way possible based on product type and weight. We use USPS for light packages and DHL, FedEx or UPS for heavier items. We use USPS, DHL and ePacket for international locations.

We automatically offer reduced shipping when more than one product is sent to one address.

If during checkout you decide to pay additional for expedited shipping, the item will be sent expedited [see estimated delivery times below].

All prices are Live Rates and set by each carrier, so we have no control over the shipping rates. But they are very reasonable and subsidized based on daily rate negotiations with our shipping partners.

Handmade or Hand-printed in USA or Europe

We normally ship faster with these items within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. However, to ensure realistic expectations, please add an extra 3-7 days fulfillment time for handmade items like hand-printed or cut & sew items with original artwork, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping insurance is included in the shipping cost for some of our products, for other products insurance cost is additional and may be optional depending on the item. You will see the options during checkout.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Will I be charged a customs fee when I receive my international shipment?

For international shipments, customs fees are most times required but this varies from country to country. We have no control over this and most times it varies which customer will be charged, and for how much. We've heard multiple stories ranging from extra custom fees, no fees or just a small fee. Therefore, when you order from us, you will be responsible for any and all customs charges from your country.

SunPlum® is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods i.e. national holidays or special occasions.
