This web site has very competitive prices. Their warehousing and shipping systems work well. Their automated customer communication system is a train wreck.

But our “automated customer communication is a train wreck” which is super alarming to us as we were not aware you had an issue with anything until you left the review; as we do our best to ensure our customers are very satisfied. But wasn't able to assist or rectify the situation before if possible, since you didn't contact our customer service previously, so we were not aware of the automated problem until now. Nevertheless, we really apologize and are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. If it’s not too much trouble, could you please explain further what you are referring to as 'automated customer communication', so we can do our best to try to fix this quickly? As we want to ensure whatever we have in place that is automated is working to serve you and other customers better instead of being an annoyance. As the only thing we can think of that we have automated for customers, is our shipping updates and there was a recent change to that a few weeks back [but we did not get any complaints about that so far]. So, for further clarification on our side…was it a problem with your automatic shipping updates or something else? We would really appreciate your help in shedding more light on the issue, so we can also learn from your learning curve and work to fix this issue quickly and try to make it right with you [for sometimes technology seem to have a mind of its own and don’t always improve things because with hidden glitches it may put a damper on your otherwise awesome experience].
